Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 5 big juicy tomato
  • 2 table spoon flour
  • 1 table spoon palm oil
  • 4 cup (800 ml) broth
  • 200 ml hot milk

Method:

  • Melt the palm oil in a pot. Add 2 table spoon flour and roas it.
  • Grate the tomatos and add them to the pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
  • Then add 4 cup (800 ml) broth over it. After this, add slowly the hot milk into the pan and keep mixing it.
  • Cook the soup until it gets boiled on moderate fire. After boiling, cook it in low fire about 15 minutes.
  • Put the soup into bowls. And also if you want, you can serve it with cheddar cheese on it too.
