Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

5 big juicy tomato
2 table spoon flour
1 table spoon palm oil
4 cup (800 ml) broth
200 ml hot milk

Method:

Melt the palm oil in a pot. Add 2 table spoon flour and roas it.
Grate the tomatos and add them to the pan and cook them for 5 minutes.
Then add 4 cup (800 ml) broth over it. After this, add slowly the hot milk into the pan and keep mixing it.
Cook the soup until it gets boiled on moderate fire. After boiling, cook it in low fire about 15 minutes.
Put the soup into bowls. And also if you want, you can serve it with cheddar cheese on it too.
