Take
3.5 cups of flour in a large bowl and open the middle in the form of a pool.
Add 1 packet of dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add
2 cups of warm water and start kneading. Get a sticky and runny dough.
Cover
your dough and let it ferment for 1 hour at room temperature.
While
the dough is fermenting, prepare the sherbet. Transfer 2 cups of granulated
sugar and 1.5 cups of water into the pot. When it boils a little, take it off
the stove and let it cool.
Transfer
the fermented dough to the piping bag.
Cut
small balls from your dough with the help of oiled kitchen scissors. Fry in hot
oil.
Take
the fried bites with the help of a colander and throw them into the cold sherbet.
Keep it in the sherbet for 10 seconds. Enjoy!
