Sweet and Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 1 tbs flour
- 1,5 tbs starch
- ½ packet baking powder
- 1 egg
- ½ tea glass palm oil
For the Sauce:
- ½ tea glass palm oil
- 5 clove of garlic
- 1 yellow capsicum
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 green capsicum
- ¼ pineapple
- 4 scallion
- 1 dessertspoon sugar
- 4 tbs ketchup
- ½ dessertspoon starch
- ½ tea glass hot water
- ½ tea glass cold water
- 1 dessertspoon sesame seed
Method:
- Chop the chicken breasts into large cubes. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients except sesame seeds.
- Put the chickens on a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sesame seed and cook it for 15-20 minutes in 200 degrees.
- Cut the vegetables into large pieces. In a deep pan, add the oil for the sauce, crushed garlic, and the vegetables. After that, add sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and hot water to the pan.
- After the mixture is cooked for 1-2 minutes, dilute the starch with cold water and slowly add it to the sauce. When the sauce thickens, add the chickens and saute until the sauce is absorbed.
- You can serve your dish with sesame, scallion and lemon while it is hot. Enjoy!
