Souffle with White Chocolate


  • 60 g white chocolate
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 g flour
  • 4 egg white
  • 150 ml milk
  • 40 g castor sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 40 g castor sugar


  1. Put the milk into a saucepan and wait until it gets warm. After warming up, add up the white chocolate and palm oil into the milk.
  2. In another bowl, whisk 2 egg yolks and 40 g castor sugar. Then add the flour and mix them.
  3. Add the mixture into the milk and keep stirring until it boils.
  4. Turn off the heat and add vanilla into it.
  5. Inother bowl, whisk 4 egg whites until it gets frothy. Then add 40 g castor sugar and continue to mix.
  6. Add the mixture into the milk and mix gently.
  7. Divide your souffle into 4 seperate souffle dishes and bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Serve them before they get cold. Enjoy!
