Rice With Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • Palm Oil
  • Rice
  • Carrot
  • Green peas
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Boiled water
Method:
  1. First of all, turn on the stove. After the pan gets a little warm, add the palm oil.
  2. Add the well washed rices into the melted oil. Roast them a little bit.
  3. While the rice is still roasting, add the previously boiled carrots. And again, continue the roasting process.
  4. Then add the green peas. After the vegetables get roasted, add salt and a little bit of black pepper. Mix them one last time.
  5. Add boiled hot water on it. If you wish you can add chicken stock, broth or vegetable stock too.
  6. Close the lid and let it cook. Your rice with vegetables is ready. Enjoy.
