Pie with Jam

Ingredients
  • ½ glass sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ glass palm oil
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 glass flour
  • 1,5 tea glass starch
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 1,5 teaspoon backing powder
  • 6-8 tablespoon jam (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry)
Method
  1. Mix sugar and egg. Then add palm oil, yogurt and starch in it and mix well.
  2. Then add flour, vanillin and backing powder and knead it.
  3. Separate an orange-sized piece from the dough and put this piece in the freezer.
  4. Place remaining dough in pie mold. Spread the jam on the dough.
  5. Grate the dough you have kept in the freezer on the pie.
  6. Bake the pie at 180 °C until it gets browned.
  7. After it cools down a little, serve by slicing. Enjoy!
