Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of palm oil
  • 1,5 glass of milk
  • 25 g cocoa
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 2 glass of flour
  • 1,5 glass of milk
Method:
  1. First of all, whisk the sugar and egss very well. After that, add palm oil, milk and cocoa to the bowl and mix them all.
  2. Separate a glass of the mixture to later pour on the cake.
  3. Add baking powder, vanillin and flour to the remaining mixture.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased tray and bake in 170 degress for 35 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, add 1,5 glass of milk and the mixture you have separated to pour on the cake in a pot. Boil them for 5 minutes.
  6. After the cake gets cooked, take it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then pour the sauce you prepared over it.
  7. Wait 2-3 hours for the cake to absorb the sauce. Enjoy!
