Ideal For Cold Winter Days: Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr broccoli
  • 7 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon palm oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1,5 teaspoon salt
  • 1,5 teaspoon black pepper

Method:

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Boil them with 7 glass of water. After the broccolies get boiled, remove them from water and let them cool. We are going to use the water, so don’t pour it.
  2. Melt the palm oil and the butter in a deep pan. Add 1 tablespoon flour and blight it until it changes colour.
  3. Add the water that we used to boil the broccolies onto the flour and mix it fastly for 2-3 minutes. Add the broccolies.
  4. Use hand blender to get a smooth consistence. Lastly add 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Mix them well.
  5. Wait until it boils. Turn down the heat on. Serve the soup hot. Enjoy!
