Cocoa Cake

Ingredients: 

• 3 eggs

• 170 gr sugar

• 200 ml milk

• 200 ml palm oil

• 2 table spoon cocoa

• 1 packet sugared vanilla (5gr)

• 200 gr flour

• 1 packet baking powder (10gr)

For the souce:

• 200 ml milk

• 1,5 table spoon cocoa

• 300 gr sugar

• 2 table spoon palm oil

Methods:

• Mix 3 eggs and 170 gr sugar in a deep bowl. Then add 200 ml milk, 200 ml palm oil and 1 packet sugared vanilla and keep mix them.

• After that add 200 gr flour, 2 table spoon cocoa and 1 packet backing powder, and mix them all. 

• Pour the cake mixture into a cake mold and put it into preheated oven. Cook the cake about 30 minutes in 180°.

• For the sauce, put 200 ml milk, 1,5 table spoon cocoa, 300 gr sugar and 2 table spoon palm oil in a pan and let it boil while mixing it. 

• Pour the sauce on the bakedcake and let it rest.

• And finally, slice your cocoa cake and enjoy it with your beloved ones.
