Backed Chicken With Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients

-2 tbsp olive oil
-600 gr cubed chicken breast
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp blackpepper
-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

For the Béchamel Sauce

-3 tbsp Malaysian Palm Oil
-2 tbsp flour
-2,5 cup milk
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp blackpepper
-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Method:

-Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and add 600 gr of cubed chicken and sauté over high heat.

-Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp blackpepper and mix them one more time. Take the pan from the oven. 

-For the Béchamel sauce, melt

3 tbsp Malaysian Palm oil in a pot and add 2 tbsp flour. Blight it well.

-Add 2.5 cups of milk slowly and mix well while adding. Lastly, add 1/2 cup of granted cheddar cheese and mix them. Take the pot from the oven.

-Place the sautéed chickens in a pyrex and add your Béchamel sauce on the chickens. After adding half cup of cheddar, bake in a pre-heated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.

-Serve it warm! Enjoy!
