Wash
the potatoes well and put them into a pot. Add water and salt. Boil them.
Peel
the boiled potatoes and take them back into the pot while they are still hot.
Add palm oil and garlic.
Grind
the potatoes nicely. Add the cream gradually into the pan. Mix them.
Once
the potatoes and cream are well integrated, put the mixture on to oven and heat
it gently by stirring. Then add the cheese and mix it until it melts. When the
cheese is completly melted, remove the pan from oven.
